St Michaels Resort - Falmouth

32 bedrooms were created above the resort's new gym, offering a synergy of old building and new. The main staircase was clad in reclaimed timber with recesses for lanterns and other nautical paraphernalia echoing St Michaels location. A large boat elevation graphic adorns the secondary staircase - a nod to the boat builders at work in Falmouth. Each of the bedrooms has a reclaimed timber headboard detail which folds onto the ceiling and is illuminated to give the rooms a soft glow. Room numbers are cut into Cornish slate and illuminated by nautical style wall lamps. Each bedroom has a bespoke branded drawer insert for refreshments.
